Episode Sponsor – $35
A single episode of our podcast that airs during your just before or during your Kickstarter campaign will start with a bumper featuring your product. Typical bumper format is as follows: “This episode of The RPG Academy is sponsored by…” and includes the name of your game or company and a short sentence listing a website, Kickstarter information, or similar details.
Full Commercial – $50
Two podcast episodes that air just before or during your Kickstarter campaign will feature the hosts reading a commercial for your product during the show introduction. You will provide a short paragraph of copy for the hosts to read.
Show and Tell – $75
You or your representative will be a guest on our podcast for a Show and Tell episode. These episodes are typically a 45 minutes or so and are a discussion-style interview about you, your product, and your Kickstarter campaign. This episode typically airs at the start of your Kickstarter campaign but we can match the release date to what best suits your campaign and its goals. Generally we like 4 weeks notice to schedule/record/edit for release. Shorter time frames can be accommodated with additional fees for faster turnaround.
Trial – $150 and up
We will schedule a playtest of your game and record the session for release as an actual play podcast. You or a member of your team will run the game as GM to provide an accurate representation of the system. We will provide players from our Faculty staff and Network associates. These Trial episodes usually air during the first 2 weeks of your Kickstarter campaign. In order to allow time for editing, this option typically needs to be scheduled at minimum 4-6 weeks in advance of the desired air date.
These games typically generate 3 or 4 fully edited podcast episodes. The price also includes a post-game recap episode. In the recap, the players discuss their experience with the game and the system. While it is a discussion based on opinion, we attempt to keep the recap as fair and honest as possible, talking about both likes and dislikes.
